| Getting The Most
From Your Hogan Land Services Relationship |
| |
| We are here as a resource for
you. Our goal is to serve you by helping add value to your
property. One of the ways we achieve this goal is to establish
a solid working relationship In which each of us has realistic
expectations of the other. We also know (from many years of
experience) the process we are engaged in can often become
a series of activities with many layers. We are experts in
maneuvering through these layers to achieve the project goals.
In serving you best, we have assembled a few working guidelines
that can help you get what you need, so we can succeed together; |

Become
a student of your project
Become familiar with the documents that make up your project.
Ask for what you need
If something is unsettled for you, of concern or just plain unanswered,
don't wait. Call us so we can help figure out what you need together.
Ask lots of questions
There are no questions too small. The more you ask, the more informed you'll
be about your project. The more informed you are, the more comfortable
you'll be. Often, thinking out-loud, together in the form of questioning
helps you and us become even more clear about your needs and project goals.
Use your scope of services
as a tool
Take time to read through your documents a couple of times. This re-reading
process helps you clearly understand the finer points and develop questions
earlier in the process - and that can often help expedite the project.
When you have a question, your scope of services may contain the answer
or at least aid in organizing your thoughts.
If something doesn't make
sense or you don't agree speak up
This is your project and we want you to be happy with the progress. Often
there are extenuating circumstances beyond our control like; government
regulations, county or city requirements that cause certain steps to be
performed or delayed. Sometimes, at first glance, they may not make sense.
We need to know what you're thinking in order to get you the information
you need to be involved in the decision making process. We're your team,
on your side.
Call your project manager
Your project manager is your teammate,
and the "coach" of the team. View him or her
as your main connection to the rest of the team. The
project manager is here for you. |
