Mike Hogan,
founder of Hogan Land Services, Inc. is a second generation
land services professional, following in his father's
footsteps, who established Hogan Schoch & Associates, in
Sebastopol, California in 1960.
Hogan Land Services, Inc. was established in 2003 to provide
professional services including; land surveying, septic consultation
and civil engineering. Since that time we have evolved and
grown. Our staff has grown to 15, including a broad range of
experience, professional licensure and years of practice. We
have developed important relationships throughout the State.
With county and city agency personnel from inspectors to supervisors.
Through our variety of projects, we have built a network of
contacts both inside the government and in the general community. |

| Being green |

As a land services company,
the environment and stewardship of our planet has always been
a primary matter to us. Our environment is not only important
to us personally,
it's also the source of how we serve others, support our families
and address our community.
Sustainable, well planned development continues to be our professional focus.
Our original logo, complete with the representation of the green hills of Northern
California, was intended to symbolize our commitment to carbon neutral practices,
even before such fancy concepts were part of the modern lexicon.
Our Civil Designs incorporate natural storm water flows, strong erosion and pollution
prevention measures and underground septic systems designed to protect the vital
groundwater resources of the State.
Our survey crews are instructed to avoid excessive damage to plants (and animals),
avoid unnecessary vehicle trips and observe personal habits consistent with avoiding
pollution.
Our current considerations, in seeing ourselves become even more green as a company
include researching extremely low emission vehicles (E.L.E.V.) to supplement
our fleet and for appropriate use in our day to day operation. |
